Returns & Cancellations
“Orders ship so fast you’ll freak!” If you would like to cancel an order you have just placed- please call us immediately. We will gladly cancel any accidental orders free of charge that have not yet begun production. All orders ship in record breaking speed and once your order is processing, in production, or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
We are proud to offer quick, simple, and easy returns with no restocking fees! For returns or cancellation of an order, please call or email us as soon as possible.
We guarantee to replace or repair any items that arrive broken, defective, or suffer damage during shipping.
All return requests and order disputes must be submitted within 14 days of purchase domestic and 30 days of purchase internationally*. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Once a return has been authorized, items must be received within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days(international). Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. This does not apply to items that arrived damaged. If your order arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
When returning a package to our facilities, customers must obtain and provide tracking information to ensure proper delivery of your item. We also highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as well as using verified shipping services. Please do not mail items back to us without prior contact. All return packages must be clearly labeled on the outside of the package with your return authorization number to be efficiently processed.
Refunds are made only to verified credit cards, Paypal accounts, or otherwise are given in the form of store credit.
For order disputes, late delivery, missing packages, or other order related issues, please call us immediately at 1.850.559.6404. We utilize trusted third party expediting companies, and final decisions will be based on the outcome of their research and analysis of each package. Once your order has been processed, Shipping and Handling Costs cannot be refunded.

Although it is a very rare occurrence, we reserve the right to cancel any orders that may be effected by out-of-stock items, pricing errors, shipping errors, or any unforeseen issues. You will be contacted if any of these issues arise.
*Note: No Returns, Refunds, or Cancellations can be made for orders including customized or custom built products of any nature.
*Incorrect Address: Orders submitted with an incorrect address and returned to sender will be processed as a return. Thus, shipping cannot be refunded and a restocking fee will apply. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

If you choose regular shipping- delivery is usually an overnight Service to the Tallahassee area.
If you select local pickup- your order will be ready for pickup the same day. Usually, order processing takes less than 3 hours. If you are ordering during business hours. I understand that the use of “Orbits”, “LED Gloves”, “Diffraction Glasses”, “Glow Sticks” among all of GloFX products can be a hazardous activity. I understand the use of these products includes numerous risks of injury. Orbits must be spun slowly and at a pace in which the forces the orbits exert can be controlled. GloFX products can be dangerous toys if used improperly. GloFX is not responsible for any injuries or damages that can result from any of the products sold on GloFX.com, any of its affiliates, or produced by DLW Ventures Inc DBA GloFX.
I hereby release from any legal liability GloFX including its owners, agents, and employees from any and all liability for damage, injury or death to myself, my minor children or any other person or property resulting the selection, assembly, maintenance or use of such equipment and any claim based upon negligence, breach of warranty, contract or legal theory accepting myself the full responsibility for any and all such damage, injury or death which may result. This also applies to any minors whom I supply with these products.
I further agree that any and all liability of GloFX including its owners, agents and employees resulting from the selection, assembly, maintenance or use of this equipment shall be limited to the purchase price of any such equipment. GloFX products are not intended for use in breaking the law. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that the disclaimer of any liability for personal injury is a material term for this agreement and the buyer agrees to indemnify the Seller and to hold the Seller harmless from any claim related to the item of the equipment purchased.
Any suit or other legal proceedings concerning the injury or death from the selection, assembly, maintenance or use of this equipment may be brought only in the courts of Leon County, Florida. I consent to jurisdiction and venue of any such court in any such proceeding.
