Where’s my order and how can I track it?

Most orders ship out within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays, or during the weekend will ship out the next business day. Check your confirmation email or enter your tracking number HERE.

I just made a purchase and entered the wrong shipping information. What should I do?

What are my options for returning/exchanging an item I’ve purchased?

You’ll get it right next time! You can return/exchange your item within 14 days of delivery date for domestic orders, and 30 days for international. Items must be in a new and unused condition. Excludes custom products.  Please contact Support@GloFX.com for more details or submit a contact form.

Is my product covered under warranty?

We offer limited lifetime warranties on select glasses, Space Whips, LUX products, and our Levitation Wand. Check out our Warranties page to see if your product is covered.
