Eligibility Window

Domestic returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date for domestic orders. Return must be received by GloFX within 30 days of initiating your return.

International returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date (or 45 days from the original order date if tracking doesn’t have a confirmed delivery date). Return must be received by GloFX within 45 days of initiating a return.

Contact Support@GloFX.com or submit a contact form for a return request to receive a RAN number prior to returning the items to GloFX. Items must be in 100% new, unused, and unopened condition to be accepted for return. Excludes custom products.

What isn’t eligible for a return?

All items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Custom products are unable to be returned or exchanged. Please contact Support@GloFX.com for any additional inquiries or submit a contact form

Can I cancel an order?

All orders are assembled and shipped at record-breaking speed, and we are not able to cancel orders after they are placed. Please contact Support@GloFX.com for any additional inquiries or submit a contact form. 

Can I return my custom product?

While we love every customer to the end of the galaxy, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations can be made for orders including customized or custom-built products of any nature.

I’m returning an item, will the shipping be refunded to me?

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, and the return is the preference of the buyer, not due to the product being received damaged or defective, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to handle the shipping expenses to return the item to our facility to be processed for return.
