Can I return or exchange?

All return requests and order disputes must be submitted within 14 days of purchase domestically and 30 days of purchase internationally.
*When returning a package to our facilities, customers must obtain and provide tracking information to ensure the proper delivery of your item.

My stuff arrived broken! What now?

We guarantee to replace or repair any items that arrive broken, defective, or suffer damage during shipping*. Once we receive our technician’s notes, we’ll let you know your options.
*Excludes international orders.

What isn’t eligible for a return?

All items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Once a return has been authorized, items must be received within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international). If your order arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

I got my order and somethings wrong. Help!

Notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We pride ourselves on our long-standing 100% customer satisfaction rate! If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll need a photo and your order number when you contact us to help! Click HERE to contact us.

Can I cancel an order?

All orders are assembled and shipped in record-breaking speed, and we are not able to cancel orders after they are placed. Contact our awesome support team with any questions. CONTACT US

I ordered a package and it is late or missing. What can I do?

For order disputes, late delivery, missing packages, or other order-related issues, please call us immediately at 1-844-GO-GLOFX (U.S.) or +1-850-559-6404 (International). We utilize trusted third-party expediting companies, and final decisions will be based on the outcome of their research and analysis of each package. Once your order has been processed, shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded.

I accidentally input the incorrect address for my order!

Orders submitted with an incorrect address and returned to sender will be processed as a return. Thus, shipping cannot be refunded and a restocking fee will apply. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

Can I return my custom product?

While we love every customer to the end of the galaxy, no returns or cancellations can be made for orders, including customized or custom-built products of any nature.
