Use the charger provided in your order and charge that baby up to a power source!My wand isn’t holding a charge. What can I do?In order to maximize your battery life, make sure the wand is turned off using the Master on & off button located on the wand’s top end cap (cap by the GloFX logo). If the wand is not turned off in this manner it will continue to drain the battery. Wand Warranty What is covered and for how long?Our Levitation wand is covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
