 I got my order and something’s wrong. Help!

Notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We pride ourselves on our long-standing 100% customer satisfaction! If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll need a photo and your order number when you contact us to help! Email or submit a contact form.

My package was marked delivered but I didn’t receive it. Can I get a replacement?

If a package has been marked delivered but was not received at the address you have entered at checkout, please file a missing package claim through the shipping provider and forward the information to in order to receive a customized resolution.

How do I use promo codes or store credit?

Congrats on the discount!
1. Find amazing products, and add them to your cart!
2. Click the shopping cart icon, and proceed to checkout.
3. Under the nice green box with your order total in it, click “Have a Coupon?”
4. Enter your code here and boom! Electric Magic.

Generally, coupon codes cannot be combined.

I forgot to use my coupon code! Can you adjust my total?

As much as we love you, we do not adjust prices on past orders. We’re scared of breaking the space-time continuum and have heard from reputable sources that messing with the past can have unexpected results.

What type of payments are accepted?

We accept all credit and debit cards that can be used for online purchases. No need to create an account. We also accept PayPal (we’re verified yo!), Amazon Payments, as well as a check or money order by phone. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Is there a discount if I buy in bulk or get multiple items?

We would love to give all the discounts in the world, however, GloFX has to eat too. If you are interested in buying wholesale quantities, we offer some sweet discounts for orders that fall under wholesale minimums. Reach out to or with any inquiries!

If I buy bulk or wholesale, can I resell GloFX products?

Yes, absolutely! Our goal is to spread the love of lights everywhere! We encourage people all over to buy our products in bulk and make some money for themselves! Contact our friendly wholesale department today for more information at or submit a contact form.

I have a company or an event coming up. Do you offer custom printing on glasses frames?

Yes, we do! We love helping bring your visions to life and we are happy to talk about the possibilities. Custom printing is a complex process so we do have Minimum Order Requirements to qualify for custom printing. Hit up the wholesale team at or submit a contact form and they will be happy to get the ball rolling.

What is Afterpay?

We now offer Afterpay to customers with a U.S. debit/credit card and a U.S. billing address. Afterpay is a payment plan that lets you pay for orders $35-$1000 in four interest-free payments instead of all at once. View the details HERE

How can I change the currency I am shopping in?

To change the currency you’re shopping in, just click the USD(dropdown) on the upper right corner of your screen and select the correct country. Right now, our current options are USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, and AUD. All price totals (including checkout) will be reflected in the selected currency.

My order total on the website is different than what I was charged, what happened?

If you are one of our beloved international customers, all prices shown on will automatically be shown in USD. We have a currency converter available next to your cart on, and if the currency was not changed, the order total will be in USD, and the charge on your bank account will be this same total converted to your country’s currency. Feel free to contact if you have any other questions or concerns!

I got charged twice…

The second charge is likely a holding charge by your bank. This additional charge should be refunded to your account by your bank in a few business days. You are welcome to email to confirm that only one order has been submitted to GloFX.
