Most orders ship out within 24 hours! Orders placed before 2 pm EST Monday-Friday will receive Same Day Shipping. Some restrictions may apply to international orders. - Free U.S. Shipping over $79 USD! We offer free U.S. shipping to all U.S. States and Territories for order subtotals exceeding $79.00 (USD).
- Free International Shipping Over $149 USD! We offer free international shipping to all countries (excluding South Africa) for order subtotals exceeding $149.00 (USD).
- To qualify for any free shipping services, the order subtotal must exceed the indicated amount after all discounts & coupons are deducted and prior to all taxes & shipping.
- The buyer must select the free shipping option at checkout. No refunds of shipping costs can be made if free shipping is not selected at the time of order.
- The shipping service will be determined by the order’s total weight after packaging.
We ship worldwide directly from our website!* Shipping charges for international orders are flat rate based on the country. International shipping transit times estimate arrival to applicable country ONLY and do not include time for customs processing.
- We estimate 1-4 weeks for customs processing not including transit.
- Local duties and taxes may be required depending on the country’s import laws. These fees are not included in the shipping cost.
- Buyers are liable for understanding their countries import regulations and responsible for all local duties, taxes, and fees collected by the country of import.
- If a specific shipping service is needed in order to ship to a country, the buyer is responsible for contacting us to make the accommodations.
- The buyer is responsible for any packages lost or damaged at customs.
- If the buyer is unsure whether an item can be shipped to your country, please contact customs and get the necessary verification.
- If an international order returns to the sender for any reason, the buyer will have the option to have the order reshipped for the cost of shipping or the product total refunded only once the package has returned to GloFX. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable and the buyer is responsible for covering shipping costs to reship the order.

Add Insurance to domestic orders at checkout for peace of mind! Domestic shipping insurance costs $2.99 for orders under $50, and $7.99 for orders up to $150. If the package is lost, destroyed, or missing, we will provide an acceptable replacement or reimbursement.
- If insurance is purchased and the shipment tracking information shows that the package was lost in transit, after 15 days, we will provide reimbursement or replacement. This does not apply to items marked delivered.
- If insurance is NOT purchased on domestic orders and the package is lost*, the buyer can reach out to our support team and they can provide a one-time 50% replacement order.
- While we do not offer insurance on international orders, the buyer can contact our Support team and they can work towards providing a customized resolution*.
*GloFX has the right to refuse or deny any claim based on their discretion. GloFX has the right to determine when a package is considered lost. Insurance is necessary to receive any type of reimbursement or replacement.
