- To qualify for any free shipping services, your order subtotal must exceed the indicated amount after all discounts & coupons are deducted and prior to all taxes & shipping.
- Most orders ship out within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays, or during the weekend will ship out the next business day.
- Your shipping service will be determined based on your orders total weight after packaging.

We do our best to cater to the local Tallahassee, Florida, area to better serve our clients. We offer local pickup Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm EST at 3624 N Monroe St., Tallahassee, FL, 32303. To make special arrangements in this area, please call us when ordering. If you choose regular shipping- delivery is usually an overnight Service to the Tallahassee area. If you select local pickup- your order will be ready for pickup the same day. Usually, order processing takes less than 3 hours. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
Domestic Priority and Express Shipments include Shipping Insurance – Free coverage up to $50! We ship to all 50 states and territories* using the United States Postal Service. If you require another service, please call us to make arrangements. We are happy to provide additional quotes for other shipping options. Most orders ship out within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays, or during the weekend will ship out the next business day. Please choose your shipping method correctly on the checkout page! We are not responsible for the incorrect payment of shipping. If you do not select the proper shipping option, your order will be held until full payment is made. You will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder, and also be sure you entered the correct email address. If you believe you did not receive a tracking number- please email us at Support@GloFX.com and we will resend tracking information. If you need help tracking a package, please call us for assistance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (ALL COUNTRIES)
We ship worldwide directly from our website! If you are having difficulties placing an international order, please call our friendly customer support staff. International orders usually ship out within 24 hours of ordering, Monday through Friday! Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays, or during the weekend will ship out the next business day. Shipping charges for international orders are a flat rate based on the country. International shipping transit times estimate arrival to your country ONLY and do not include time for customs processing. We estimate 1-4 weeks for customs processing not including transit. Depending on your country’s specific import laws, you may be required to pay local duties and taxes. These fees are not included in your shipping cost. GloFX is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged at customs for international orders or import taxes. Due to inconsistencies in customs and duties from country to country, we cannot assume responsibility for taxes or issues with customs in your country. If you are unsure whether an item can ship to your country, it is your responsibility to contact customs and get the necessary verification.
*Note: Some Custom and Customizable products require more than 24 hours for production and are not guaranteed to ship within 24 hours. All orders ship very quickly. However, if you have a deadline for delivery, please contact us prior to ordering to make special arrangements for your custom order. Most of the time, your order will still ship out within 24 hours even if it is a custom product.
Shipping Insurance offers peace-of-mind and helps protect you against issues caused during Shipping. Shipping Insurance costs only $2.99 for orders under $50, and $7.99 for orders up to $150. If your package is lost, destroyed, or missing, GloFX will provide acceptable reimbursement or replacement of the contents of the package.
