Levitation Wand Lifetime Warranty
We are proud to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our Levitation Wand products.
At GloFX, we have spent years building and developing a reputation for quality, and we stand behind it. If you experience manufacturer’s defects to electrical components, GloFX will warrant your Levitation Wand for the lifetime of your product. We also guarantee that you will have a pleasant shopping experience and back all products with our GloFX 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Our Lifetime Warranty covers your Levitation Wand against any electronic defects in the manufacturing process or caused in the delivery process, including overall defective quality, defective workmanship, defective parts, defective supplies, defective assembly, or damage related to the electronic components of the product that have occurred during shipment or delivery.
If your product is found to have any of these covered defects upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it with an identical product. After 48 hours of delivery, if your product is found to have covered defects, our support team can help you file a claim. If your product has been discontinued, please contact our friendly customer support team at Support@GloFX.com and they will provide you with a customized solution.
This warranty does not cover Levitation Wands that are lost or stolen, nor does it cover any damage caused by the user or the elements such as, but not limited to: stepped on, smashed, shattered, cracked, bent, dropped, or water/liquid damage. Do not operate your Levitation Wand in damp or wet environments. Any intentional or unintentional damage caused by the user is not covered under this warranty, including damage from impact. This warranty explicitly covers manufacturer’s defects or defects caused during original shipping. If your product is found to have any of these covered defects upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it with an identical product.
This warranty will be voided if the unit is tampered with, improperly disassembled, or modified in any way. The use of a non-GloFX brand products in GloFX products will void warranty coverage. If you are experiencing a defect, contact GloFX. Do not disassemble, take apart, or attempt to repair your Levitation Wand. GloFX has sole discretion to determine manufacturer’s defects under the Lifetime Warranty Policy.
To make a claim, please email us at Support@GloFX.com or Click the “Submit Warranty Claim” button below. Do not return your Levitation Wand to GloFX without prior consent and provided Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once your RAN is provided and entered into our computer database, you may ship your Levitation Wand back to GloFX. All claims require up to $19.50 warranty fee plus shipping and applicable taxes.
When sending your item for return, please package it well in an appropriately sized box. An example would be the one it was originally sent in, with extra bubble wrap to ensure no additional damage will occur during shipping to our facilities. We encourage you to send your Levitation Wand through a traceable method such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS with insurance and tracking. GloFX is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected packages upon return shipping. Clearly label your RAN number on the outside of the package, and if possible, remember to include your original packing slip. All other postage fees are not the responsibility of GloFX. Once your Levitation Wand reaches our facility, we will contact you and keep you updated throughout the process.
We do our best to process all warranty claims as quickly as possible to ensure customer satisfaction. At the time of contact, your return case is opened and your product is scheduled for review and assessment. All cases will be reviewed within five (5) business days but usually sooner. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for the entire warranty process, including review, warrant approval, labor, and processing.
If your Levitation Wand does not have a manufacturer’s defect, return shipping costs will be billed to the customer. If a warranty claim is denied, we will provide you with a customized resolution to ensure you have a working product.
Due to international laws, restrictions, Customs, and communication barriers, additional fees may apply for international warranty claims or repairs. Due to inconsistencies in customs and duties from country to country, we cannot assume responsibility for taxes or issues with customs in your country.
