Space Fiber Lifetime Warranty

At GloFX, we have spent years building and developing a reputation for quality, and we stand behind it. All Space Fiber Products are covered under our LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY when purchased from GloFX or one of our authorized resellers. We are so confident in our line of Space Fiber Products that we also proudly offer a 30-DAY WORRY-FREE PROMISE on all Space Fiber Products.

30-DAY WORRY-FREE PROMISE DETAILS

If your Space Fiber Product leaves you unsatisfied or fails for any reason within the first 30 days after your item is delivered, we will repair, replace, or exchange it at no charge to you.

Here’s how it works:

    1. Contact us as soon as you have an issue so we can help get you back to your flow. Email Support@GloFX.com or give us a call Monday – Friday 10 AM – 6 PM EST at 1-844-GO-GLOFX (1-844-464-5639) US or +1-850-559-6404 (International).
    2. Please include (1) a brief description, (2) media proof of your issue, and (3) your receipt of purchase (order confirmation email) with the original purchase date.
    3. Our friendly team will promptly repair, replace, upgrade, or exchange your Space Fiber product at no charge to you.
    4. If we assess that you need to send your product in for our technicians to repair, we will provide you with a free pre-paid return label with instructions on how to pack and ship your Space Fiber product. *Please allow for 1-2 weeks processing and repair time.

This policy covers all Space Fiber Products which are purchased from GloFX and their Authorized Resellers, within the first 30 days after your item is delivered. Any issues arising after the 30-day period will be covered under the Space Fiber Limited LIFETIME WARRANTY, which guarantees against all manufacturer defects to electronic components and has different guidelines than our 30-day promise. Limit one claim in the 30-day period. Due to international laws, restrictions, Customs, and other international complications, additional fees may apply for international warranty claims or repairs.

Remember that it is normal for your awesome dance moves to cause reasonable wear and tear on Space Whip fibers, as with all fiber optic products. Fiber bundles will wear out after repeated use, just like the battery in your phone, or the tires on the car you’re traveling to your next festival in. When it’s time for a new bundle, you can purchase a replacement bundle on our website here.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY DETAILS

If you experience a manufacturer’s defect in electronics, GloFX will warrant your Space Fiber Series Product for the lifetime of your product’s model. If your product is discontinued, we will no longer have parts or tools to repair or replace your product but will provide you with a customized resolution.

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers your Space Whip Product against any electronic defects in the manufacturing process or caused in delivery process, including overall:

  • Defective quality
  • Defective workmanship
  • Defective parts
  • Defective supplies
  • Defective assembly, or 
  • Damage related to the electronic components of the product that have occurred during shipment or delivery

If your product has not been disconinued and if found with any of these said deffects, we will repair or replace the appropriate portions of your product with an identical portion for the warranty claim fee of $10.00. Media of the issue will be required to issue a claim, along with the order number from your purchase. If your product has been discontinued and we no longer have the parts to repair or replace, please contact our friendly customer support team at Support@GloFX.com and they will provide you with a customized solution. 

GloFX has sole discretion to determine manufacturer’s defects under the Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy. Please email us with questions about verification or our policy to Support@GloFX.com.

To make a claim, please email us at Support@GloFX.com with your order ID number and a video and/or picture of the issue you have experienced. You will be presented with troubleshooting, and if further action is required, options for replacement or repairs, if applicable. All warranty claims require a $10.00 fee for appropriate replacement parts.

Should you be presented with the option for replacement electronic components to be shipped to you, shipping costs and tax will be applied to the provided invoice, in addition to the warranty claim fee prior to sending the replacement parts.

Should you be presented with the option for repairs, or are asked to send your product to GloFX headquarters to be deemed a manufacturing defect, do not return your Space Fiber products to GloFX without prior consent and provided Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once your RAN is provided and entered into our computer database, you may ship your Space Fiber product back to GloFX. We encourage you to send your GloFX product through a traceable method such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS with insurance and tracking. GloFX is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected packages upon return shipping. Remember to clearly label your RAN number on the outside of the package. Please package your Space Fiber Product in a properly sized box or tube equal or greater to the package which was mailed to you. Ensure to properly protect the Powerhouse and fiber when packaging. If a warranty claim is approved, return-shipping costs may be reimbursed only if the claim is made in regards to damage during the original shipment. All other postage fees are not the responsibility of GloFX.

If your Space Fiber product is sent into our facility and found to have a manufacturer defect, we will cover all domestic postage costs to return the properly repaired or replaced product back to you for only the warranty claim fee of $10.00. This service is estimated as a 3-7 Day delivery time in the USA. If your Space Fiber product does not have a manufacturer’s defect, return shipping costs will be included in the customer’s invoice. All international shipments will require a fee for return postage.

If a warranty claim is denied, we will provide estimated repair costs to return your Space Fiber product to original working condition. Costs for labor and parts will be provided via secure PayPal invoice and provided to the customer prior to any repairs being performed. The customer will have the option to deny the repair and have the product sent back in as-is condition for the cost of shipping.

Restrictions

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Lost, stolen, or missing Space Fiber products.  
  • Damage caused by the user or the elements such as, but not limited to: Stepped on, smashed, shattered, cracked, bent, chewed, saltwater, alcohol, chemical substances, oils, or otherwise broken parts. 
  • Any intentional or unintentional damage caused by the user is not covered under this warranty, including damage from impact. 
  • Damage to Fiber Optics; including, but not limited to, bent fibers, broken fibers, cracked fibers, inconsistent fiber length, fiber curl, or other types of broken fiber.
  • Space Whip Accessories.

This warranty explicitly covers defects in electronics or that caused during original shipping. This warranty will be voided if the unit is tampered with, improperly disassembled, or modified in any way. Improper battery installation is also not covered under warranty. The use of a non-GloFX brand battery or improper GloFX brand battery will void warranty coverage. If you are experiencing a defect, contact GloFX. Do not disassemble, take apart, or attempt to repair your Space Fiber product.

Due to international laws, restrictions, Customs, and communication barriers; additional fees may apply for international warranty claims or repairs.
