At GloFX, we have spent years building and developing a reputation for quality. We stand behind our products’ workmanship and quality. If you experience a manufacturer’s defect in materials, GloFX will warrant your Lux Series product for the lifetime of your product. We also guarantee that you will have a pleasant shopping experience and back all products with our GloFX 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Our Lifetime Warranty covers your Lux Series product against any defects in the manufacturing process including overall defective quality, defective workmanship, defective parts, defective supplies, defective assembly, or damage related to the components of the product that have occurred during shipment or delivery. If your product is found to have any of these said defects, we will repair or replace your product with an identical product, for the warranty claim fee. If your product has been discontinued, we will replace it with a product of equal value.
GloFX has sole discretion to determine manufacturer’s defects under the Lifetime Limited Warranty Policy, along with how many microlights are eligible for warranty claim. GloFX will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased directly from GloFX. Your original order invoice number must be provided with your claim and original invoice mailed back with your Lux Series product. Please email us with questions about verification or our policy to Support@GloFX.com. We wish to provide the best service possible to each and every one of our valuable customers. Do not return your Lux Series product to GloFX without prior consent and provided Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once your RAN is provided and entered into our computer database, you may ship your Lux product back to GloFX.
All claims require a $9.50 service, handling, and processing fee. You may include a check or Money Order (M.O.) inside your return package, or fees may be paid over the phone upon warrant approval. If your Lux Series product is denied warranty approval, your check will not be cashed and your $9.50 M.O. will be promptly returned via USPS First Class Mail.
We encourage you to send your Lux product through a traceable method such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS with insurance and tracking. GloFX is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected packages upon return shipping. Remember to include your original invoice with your shipment for full warranty coverage.
Once your Lux Series product reaches our facility, we do our best to contact you immediately and keep you updated throughout the process. All cases will be reviewed within five (5) business days but usually sooner. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for the entire warranty process, including review, warrant approval, labor, and processing. So that we can assist you as quickly as possible, please include a note inside your package with your RAN number, best contact phone number, and description of your defect.
Your Lux Series product will be returned via USPS First Class Mail within a 3-6 day delivery time anywhere inside the USA free of any shipping charge.
This warranty does not cover Lux products that are lost, stolen, or permanently borrowed by that cute girl at a festival. Nor does it cover any damage caused by the user or the elements such as, but not limited to: stepped on, smashed, shattered, cracked, bent, dropped, or water/liquid damage. While the Lux Series was designed to withstand contact with water, damage from water is not covered under warranty. Do not operate your Lux Series products in damp or wet environments. Any intentional or non-intentional damage caused by the user is not covered under this warranty, including damage from impact. This warranty explicitly covers manufacturers defects or defects caused during original shipping.
Free shipping only applies to domestic customers. Additional shipping fees will apply to international claims. Due to international laws, restrictions, Customs, and communication barriers; additional fees may apply for international warranty claims or repairs.
