Each order is hand packed, tested, and shipped from Tallahassee, Florida USA. All of our products are produced by GloFX with quality in mind to ensure perfection. All orders go through two quality checks to eliminate any errors or issues in production. GloFX Glasses Lifetime Limited Warranty

We are proud to offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all GloFX Glasses with the small exception of our Luminescence, Paper, and Kaleidoscope Series.

At GloFX, we have spent years building and developing a reputation for quality. We stand behind our products’ workmanship and quality. If you experience a manufacturer’s defect in materials, GloFX will warrant your glasses for the lifetime of your product. We also guarantee that you will have a pleasant shopping experience and back all products with our GloFX 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Our Lifetime Limited Warranty covers you against any defects in the manufacturing process or delivery process, including overall defective quality, defective workmanship, defective parts, defective supplies, defective assembly, or damage that has occurred during shipment or delivery. If your product is found to have any of these said defects, we will repair or replace your product with an identical product. If your product has been discontinued, we will replace it with a product of equal value.

GloFX has sole discretion to determine manufacturer’s defects under the Lifetime Limited Warranty Policy. GloFX will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased directly from GloFX. Your original order invoice number must be provided with your claim and original invoice mailed back with your glasses. Please email us with questions about verification or our policy to Support@GloFX.com. We wish to provide the best service possible to each and every one of our valuable customers.

To make a claim, please email us at Support@GloFX.com. Do not return your glasses to GloFX without prior consent and provided Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once your RAN is provided and entered into our computer database, you may ship your glasses back to GloFX. All claims require a $5.00 service, handling, and processing fee. You may include a check or Money Order (M.O.) inside your return package, or fees may be paid over the phone upon warrant approval. If your glasses are denied warrant approval, your check will not be cashed and your $5.00 M.O. will be promptly returned via USPS First Class Mail.

We encourage you to send your GloFX product through a traceable method such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS with insurance and tracking. GloFX is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected packages upon return shipping. Remember to include your original invoice with your shipment for full warranty coverage.

Once your glasses reach our facility, we do our best to contact you immediately and keep you updated throughout the process. All cases will be reviewed within five (5) business days but usually sooner. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for the entire warranty process, including review, warrant approval, labor, and processing. So that we can assist you as quickly as possible, please include a note inside your package with your RAN number, best contact phone number, and description of your defect.

Your glasses will be returned via USPS First Class Mail within a 2-5 day delivery time anywhere inside the USA free of any shipping charge.

This warranty does not cover glasses that are lost, stolen, or permanently borrowed by that cute girl at a festival. Nor does it cover any damage caused by the user or the elements such as, but not limited to: Stepped on, smashed, shattered, cracked, bent, chewed, salt water, alcohol, chemical substances, oils, or broken glasses.

This warranty is extended to consumers inside the USA only. We do our best to help all international customers as much as possible. We stand behind our quality and reputation. Sadly, international laws, restrictions, customs, and communication barriers prevent us from offering the full warranty outside of the USA.

This warranty does NOT cover Luminescence Glasses, Kaleidoscope Glasses, or Paper Cardboard Glasses.
