As the music festival industry continues to flourish the demand for our innovative line of Dimensional Party Eyewear & LED Products is on the rise. To match that demand, we are looking to add a proven sales leader to our newly developed Wholesale Department to increase sales around the world!

ABOUT THE JOB 

We are actively searching for a motivated Sales Manager to expand and grow our wholesale client base, focusing on generating outbound business and building a true sales-cultureThis individual should be a motivated seller capable of developing sales strategies and closing sales to meet revenue targets, as well as coaching our future sales team.

  • Domestic and International Resellers and Distributors 
  • Major Retail Brands (‘Lifestyle’ focused and others) 
  • Event Vendors (Primarily EDM Events) 
  • E-Commerce Stores  
  • Schools and Museums (STEM Focused) 
  • Custom, Promotional, and Branded Products 
  • Testing New Markets 

Primary Job Duties: 

  • Develop strategic outbound sales strategies 
  • Focus on both domestic and international growth 
  • Implement consistent sales activities primarily by email, phone, and mail 
  • Upselling and cross-selling to existing clients to grow accounts 
  • Develop sales projections  
  • Data analysis and reporting to company executive’s  
  • Market and demographic research  
  • Provide a stellar Customer Experience for all clients 
  • Processing invoices  
  • Collections and payments 
  • Coordinating lead times, production and shipments with our Production Department 
  • Improve department systems and processes 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive strategies that support your growth vision 
  • Develop a sales-culture focused on growth

  • Ability to work Full-Time in our office in Tallahassee, FL
