E-Commerce Marketing Lead

Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Marketing Lead is responsible for the execution and delegation of marketing efforts across multiple sales channels. This position focuses on CRO, SEO, paid advertising, product management, and reporting. The person in this role has an eye for what will appeal to customers and uses an innovative approach to increase customer traffic and sales. The E-Commerce Marketing Lead coordinates with the Directors of Marketing & E-Commerce to implement campaigns in support of brand, product, and audience strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the process of product management across all sales channels
  • Oversee product on-boarding by coordinating with all departments, including Marketing, Creative, E-Commerce, Production, and Product Development.
  • Assist with 3rd Party marketplace management & troubleshooting
  • Perform inventory & pricing maintenance depending on market demand
  • Execute A/B testing with the goal of higher conversion ratios and revenue growth
  • Implement SEO strategies for product and category descriptions, landing pages and other curated product and/or brand web development
  • Execute Paid Advertising (PPC) strategies that are delegated by the Directors of Marketing/E-Commerce/Growth
  • Follow and implement monthly & quarterly marketing campaign plan and schedule
  • Perform daily, weekly & monthly reporting on marketing channel KPI performance
  • Assist with other tasks and responsibilities to fulfill the department objectives

Position Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience with digital marketing & e-commerce sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintain a functional knowledge of all products
  • Capable of problem analysis, problem-solving, and decision making
  • Exudes leadership and adaptability in a fast-paced workplace
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and WooCommerce is a plus
