Customer Relations Specialist [Full Time]

Customer Relations Specialist’s are responsible for the majority of customer relations and providing customer service to our customers, primarily via email and phone. Engage with fellow ravers and EDM enthusiasts by providing support by phone, email, and in person!

Job Duties:

  • Assisting customers through email
  • Assisting customers through livechat
  • Assisting customers by phone
  • Taking orders by phone
  • Taking orders in person
  • Explaining products and how they work
  • Responding to customer service emails and providing the best solution for both the company and customer
  • Ensuring that every customer leaves very happy
  • Addressing return requests
  • Monitoring company feedback on e-commerce sites
  • Data Entry
  • Improving the customer experience
  • Assisting with other customer relations tasks
